Golden Eagle Printing provides professional sheet sticker printing in Cambodia. We combine 4-color offset printing, lamination, and digital kiss cutting to produce clean and accurate sheet stickers.
Our production process includes three main steps. First, we print the stickers with our 4-color offset printing machine. Next, we laminate the printed sheets. Finally, we use our TOYOCUT C13Pro (2026) to cut each sticker into the required shape.
4-Color Offset Sticker Printing
First, we print the sticker sheets using 4-color offset printing (CMYK).
This printing method produces sharp text, detailed graphics, and consistent colors. Therefore, it works well for medium and large quantities of sheet stickers.
After printing, we move the sheets to the lamination process.
Lamination for Protection and Finishing
Next, we laminate the printed sticker sheets. Lamination protects the printed surface and improves the appearance of the finished stickers.
Customers can also choose different lamination finishes based on their requirements.
After lamination, the sheets are ready for digital cutting.
Digital Kiss Cutting with TOYOCUT C13Pro
Finally, we use our TOYOCUT C13Pro (2026) to cut the laminated sticker sheets.
The machine follows the digital cutting file and cuts each sticker into the required shape. It cuts the sticker layer while keeping the backing paper intact. As a result, customers can easily peel each sticker from the sheet.

No Traditional Die-Cut Mold Required
For suitable sheet sticker jobs, the TOYOCUT C13Pro does not require a traditional die-cut mold.
Instead, the machine follows a digital cutting file. Therefore, we can create different shapes without making a new cutting mold for every design.
This process can reduce die-making costs and setup time. In addition, it is useful for custom shapes, multiple designs, samples, and short-run production.
Customers can also change the sticker shape more easily because a new physical cutting mold is not required.
