3. Quotations
All quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation unless otherwise specified.
Prices may change due to:

- Design changes
- Quantity changes
- Special finishing requirements
- Delivery requirements
4. Orders
Production begins only after:
- Customer approval of artwork
- Order confirmation
- Required payment or deposit (if applicable)
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
5. Artwork & Design
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork is accurate.
Please carefully review:

- Bleed and margins
Golden Eagle Printing is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production.
6. Color Variation
Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on computer monitors or mobile devices due to differences in screen calibration, printing methods, paper materials, and ink.
Minor color variations are considered acceptable.
7. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon before production.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Bank Transfer
- Cash
- Other approved payment methods
Outstanding balances must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
8. Production Time
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Order quantity
- Product specifications
- Material availability
- Public holidays
- Unexpected production delays
9. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimated.
Golden Eagle Printing is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
10. Returns & Claims
Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the products.
Claims related to customer-approved artwork or design errors cannot be accepted.
11. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and designs.
Golden Eagle Printing is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied materials.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the printing order.
Golden Eagle Printing shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
13. Privacy
Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.
